Terms of Service

By accessing or using SafteyX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SafteyX is an AI-powered content moderation platform that allows developers and organizations to analyze text, images, and video content for policy violations, harmful content, and other configurable criteria.

The Service includes: - Text, image, and video moderation APIs - A dashboard for managing jobs, decision engines, and billing - Webhook delivery for job completion notifications - Wallet-based billing with Razorpay integration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account credentials - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. SafteyX is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Submit content for moderation to circumvent our models or reverse-engineer them - Use the Service to build a competing content moderation product without express written consent - Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or API keys - Submit malware, malicious scripts, or code designed to harm our systems - Use automated scripts to overwhelm the Service (denial of service) - Resell API access without written authorization from SafteyX - Use the Service to process content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Wallet System: The Service uses a prepaid wallet model. You add credits to your wallet, and usage is deducted per request based on published rates.

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and within the dashboard. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Payments: Payments are processed by Razorpay. By adding wallet credits, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. SafteyX does not store your payment card details.

Refunds: Unused wallet credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact [email protected] within 30 days.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you submit for moderation. By submitting content, you grant SafteyX a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our IP: SafteyX, its logo, the platform, AI models, and all related technology are owned by SafteyX. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secret and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Your submitted content is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. SafteyX employees have access to submitted content only when necessary for support, debugging, or compliance purposes, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that moderation results will be 100% accurate.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafteyX's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SafteyX in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Exclusions: In no event shall SafteyX be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the account closure option in your dashboard. Unused wallet credits are non-refundable upon termination.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka, in English.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
