Usage Data: Information about how you use the platform, including API calls, moderation jobs submitted, dashboard interactions, and feature usage.

Content Data: The content you submit for moderation (text, images, video) is processed and temporarily stored to complete the moderation job. We do not use your content to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies to provide and improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, maintain, and improve the SafteyX platform - Process your moderation jobs and deliver results - Send transactional emails (job completions, billing alerts, API notifications) - Respond to your support requests and inquiries - Monitor and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity - Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your submitted content for advertising purposes.

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Razorpay for payments, AWS for infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SafteyX or others.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users in advance.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Submitted content (text, images, video) processed for moderation is:

- Retained for up to 30 days to allow you to review results and appeal decisions - Automatically deleted after 30 days unless you have enabled extended storage in your settings - Immediately deleted upon account closure request

Usage logs and billing records are retained for up to 7 years as required for financial compliance.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes:

- TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit - AES-256 encryption for data at rest - Role-based access controls for internal teams - Regular security audits and penetration testing - Webhook payloads signed with HMAC-SHA256
